This weekend was Filled with all sorts of Sweetness…From Turning 1 Birthdays to Turning 94 years young…There were celebrations going on…&…Special Kinds of Cakes right in the Middle of it all! I was given the privilege of creating 2 smash cakes for “Turning 1” Birthday celebrations along with dozens of cupcakes to Match- &- That was only the Beginning: a Gluten Free Carrot Cake w/ cream cheese frosting celebrated a Mom’s Birthday; a Funfetti cake with strawberry compote celebrated a daughter’s 30th Birthday; Chocolate Cupcakes filled with peanut butter ganache and topped with chocolate ganache & peanut butter buttercream celebrated a daughter’s 34th Birthday; a Light Fury cake celebrated a daughter’s 7th Birthday and a Surprise Delivery of a Dozen Lemon, Red Velvet and Chocolate Cupcakes celebrated a very special 94th Birthday!
